Purchased labels and store presentation
Faview Premium can display a Purchased label when a review is submitted. You can select an icon for the label and customize its icon color, text color, and background color. This allows the label’s appearance to align with the visual style of the store rather than relying on a fixed presentation.
The combination of suggested review content and a purchased label supports a more structured feedback area. A customer can begin with a suggested rating or phrase, edit it to reflect their own experience, and submit the review with the label displayed according to the configured settings. Installation and setup
Install Faview Premium on the WordPress site running WooCommerce, then configure the review form options. Choose whether to auto-select five stars, enter default review content, create canned review phrases, and display those phrases as a dropdown or slider. Adjust the text and background colors for the default and hover states as needed.
Finally, enable the Purchased label if you want it shown with submitted reviews. Select its icon and set the icon, text, and background colors so the label fits the store’s presentation. Faview relies on Semantic UI, Select2, and jQuery Address for its settings functionality.
