Animated statistics for Gutenberg
Counters Block Premium is a Gutenberg block for presenting statistics, milestones, achievements, and other important numbers with animated counters. It can be used on business landing pages, portfolios, and dashboards where key figures need a more noticeable presentation.
The Premium edition combines live data connections with expanded visual controls. Instead of updating every figure manually, you can connect counters to selected WordPress or WooCommerce data sources and let the block display current values from your site.
Live WordPress and WooCommerce data
Premium supports dynamic data for WooCommerce total sales, orders, products, and customers. It also supports WordPress posts, pages, comments, and users. These values are automatically synchronized, helping you create counters for store activity or site content without repeatedly editing the displayed numbers.
Customer counting includes registered users and guest checkouts. For WooCommerce stores using High-Performance Order Storage, the block is HPOS ready. Sales formatting also handles refunds and prevents negative values.
Premium themes and visual design
The Premium edition includes 13 premium themes, including an SVG-based Circular Progress Counter. The circular design provides controls for ring size, thickness, and color. These themes offer ready-made starting points for presenting figures in different layouts.
Each counter can have its own visual styling. Available controls include backgrounds, borders, shadows, and hover effects. The block also supports responsive controls so the presentation can be adjusted for desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts.
Animations and triggers
Premium expands the animation choices beyond classic counting effects. Available animation styles include rolling, bounce, fade, slide up, slide down, slide left, slide right, pulse, flip, and typewriter.
You can trigger animations when a counter becomes visible, when the page loads, when a visitor clicks, when a visitor hovers, or when a custom CSS selector is used. Global and per-counter controls are available for duration, delay, and stagger settings. This allows multiple counters to animate together or follow different timing.
Useful counter workflows
Use static values for fixed milestones, or select a dynamic source when the displayed figure should reflect site activity. WooCommerce counters can present store totals, order counts, product counts, or customer counts. WordPress sources can highlight publishing activity, comments, pages, or users.
For a more visual dashboard, combine several counters with different themes and animation settings. For a sales-focused section, use WooCommerce data with sales formatting that accounts for refunds. For a content-focused page, use WordPress data to show publishing or engagement figures.
Installation and use
- Install and activate the Counters Block plugin.
- Open a page or post in the Gutenberg editor.
- Add Counters Block from the block inserter.
- Select Static, WP Core, or WooCommerce as the data source when needed.
- Customize the theme, values, styling, and animation settings.
- Publish the page or post.
