Connect visitors through their preferred channels
Chaty Pro is a WordPress contact and chat widget for businesses that want to give website visitors convenient ways to start a conversation. Instead of limiting communication to a single live chat window, you can display buttons for WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Slack, Telegram, Instagram Direct Messenger, TikTok, Line Messenger, email, SMS, phone calls, Google Maps, Waze, and other supported channels.
Visitors can choose the service they already use and continue the conversation beyond your website. This approach is useful for customer support, sales questions, local businesses, service providers, and sites that need both messaging and contact actions in one floating widget.
WhatsApp tools and personalized chat views
Chaty Pro supports regular WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business connections. You can use a WhatsApp button or a popup that resembles a WhatsApp chat window, allowing visitors to begin a message on your site before continuing in WhatsApp.
The Pro chat view supports dynamic popup text with merge tags. Use the page title, URL, or WooCommerce product name to create a more relevant prompt for the page being viewed. A product page can mention its product name, while a blog post can use the page title and URL. Pre-set WhatsApp messages and email subject lines can also help structure incoming conversations.
Targeted widgets and business controls
Different pages can show different channels or widget configurations. This can help you create separate contact options for products, landing pages, URLs, or multilingual sites using WPML. Pro controls also include country targeting, available days and hours, and date scheduling.
- Create and duplicate Chaty widgets.
- Use custom CSS to adjust the widget presentation.
- Blur the screen while the chat icons are open.
- Change the page title to draw attention to the chat buttons.
- Use Google Analytics support to track widget activity.
For teams, Chaty Pro provides chat agents for WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and more than 20 other chat channels. A contact form can send leads by email, integrate with Mailchimp or Klaviyo, and use Google reCAPTCHA.
Calls, maps, and live chat connections
Alongside messaging, you can display click-to-call, email, SMS, Google Maps, and Waze actions. JavaScript can launch supported live chat applications such as Chatway, Tawk.to, Tidio, Chatra, Formilla, Zoho, Zendesk, LiveChat, Crisp, Intercom, JivoChat, and Olark.
Installation and setup
Add Chaty Pro to your WordPress site, create a widget, select the channels you want to offer, and enter the relevant contact details such as your WhatsApp number. Configure display rules, schedules, targeting, popup text, and integrations before placing the widget on your site.
