WordPress email delivery with visibility
YaySMTP Pro is the paid edition of YaySMTP, a WordPress plugin for connecting your website to an email mailer and understanding what happens after messages are sent. It combines SMTP configuration with email tracking, reporting, log management, and WooCommerce testing in one interface. Pro adds priority support for sending or configuration issues and access to feature requests. The available email, reporting, and log capabilities are not placed behind a Pro-only feature paywall.
Connect a supported mailer
The plugin can be connected to many commonly used mailers and email services, including Amazon SES, SendGrid, Gmail, Outlook and Office 365, Mailgun, Brevo, Zoho, Postmark, MailJet, SMTP.com, SendPulse, Mandrill by Mailchimp, IONOS, Yournotify, and custom SMTP. It also supports Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Outlook, MessageBird, Pepipost, and a hosting provider’s email server. The setup is designed to connect your preferred mailer in three steps.
Track and review email activity
YaySMTP records email activity so you can inspect sent messages and evaluate performance. Open and click tracking shows which transactional and marketing emails were opened and which links were clicked. Built-in reports use charts and statistics to show sending volume, open rates, and click activity over time. These views can help you identify changes in sending patterns and notice delivery-related issues earlier.
Manage your email history
- Keep email logs with message content and metadata.
- Search logs by subject, recipient, and other available details.
- Filter entries and show or hide columns to focus on relevant information.
- Export email logs to CSV for auditable backups.
- Import logs from WP Mail SMTP, Easy WP SMTP, and other previous SMTP plugins.
Log retention can be configured to keep records forever or automatically retain the latest 7 to 365 days. Weekly and monthly summary reports can also be delivered to your inbox.
WooCommerce and development workflows
For WooCommerce stores, YaySMTP can preview and send real transactional order emails before customers receive them. A test email option helps check configuration, while fallback mailer support provides an additional sending route. During development, email delivery can be disabled with development mode. One-click migration and a clean interface are included to simplify changes from another SMTP plugin.
Installation
Install YaySMTP on your WordPress site, connect a supported mailer in three steps, and configure the email logging, tracking, and retention options you need. After setup, use the log and report screens to review activity. With the Pro edition, contact priority support for sending or configuration questions and submit requests for possible new options or features.
