Timeline Pro helps you turn histories, roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and journeys into interactive timelines for WordPress. The plugin is intended for use inside posts, pages, and widgets, giving you a visual way to organize events and let visitors follow information at a glance.
The Pro edition adds advanced timeline layouts, Gutenberg blocks, themes, animations, dynamic content, and expanded styling controls. You can create timelines visually in the WordPress Block Editor or use the available tools to configure and embed timeline content.

Timeline Pro includes a Gutenberg Timeline block for creating and customizing timelines directly in the Block Editor. Add the block to a post or page, enter your timeline content, and adjust the available layout and styling options before publishing or updating the page.
The block-based workflow is useful when you want to build a timeline within the same editing environment as the rest of your WordPress content.
Themes, Layouts, and Styling
The Pro edition includes nine extra themes, including dual-orientation themes. It also provides enhanced layout controls for adjusting the presentation of a timeline and advanced styling options for a more tailored result.

The Dynamic Post Timeline block can create timelines from any custom post type. Content can be filtered by taxonomy, terms, and author, making it suitable for timelines based on existing WordPress content.
Timeline Pro also includes an Accordion Timeline block for collapsible groups of steps, custom status markers, and interactive toggles. The Company History Timeline block provides an interactive year card, clickable year rail, and auto-slide navigation.
Additional blocks include Career Timeline, Media Story Timeline, Event Schedule, Roadmap Timeline, and Year Navigator. These options support different content structures, from professional progression and media stories to project planning and dated schedules.

Installation and First Timeline
Install and activate Timeline Pro, then open a post or page in the WordPress Block Editor. Select the plus button, search for Timeline, and add the Timeline block. Add your content, customize the available layout and styling options, then publish or update the page.
You can also create a timeline from the Timeline area, configure its settings, copy the generated shortcode, and paste it inside a post, page, or widget.
