Advanced forms inside WordPress
SureForms Business extends the SureForms WordPress form builder with advanced form types and workflows. It creates editable forms directly inside the WordPress block editor, so you can use AI, a template, or a drag-and-drop starting point without moving to a separate form interface.
Describe the form you need in plain language and the AI form generator creates a ready-to-edit structure with suitable fields, labels, and layout. You can then refine the form in Gutenberg, controlling the fields, wording, arrangement, notifications, and settings. Generated forms remain native WordPress blocks and do not require an external API key for AI form generation.
Business form types
The Business edition supports workflows for user access, feedback, assessments, calculations, and guided submissions. Build forms for different visitor and administration needs, including:
- Registration and account forms: create registration, login, lost-password, and reset-password forms.
- Survey forms: collect feedback through surveys, polls, and Net Promoter Score forms.
- Quiz forms: create assessments, scored quizzes, and personality tests.
- Calculator forms: provide quotes, pricing tools, BMI calculations, cost estimates, and custom formulas.
- Multi-step forms: divide longer submissions into separate stages.
- Conversational forms: present a more guided form workflow for visitors.
Build with AI or blocks
SureForms uses the familiar Gutenberg editing experience for form creation. Drag, drop, reorder, duplicate, and style fields as you build. You can generate a draft with AI, choose a ready-made template, or create a form from scratch, then adjust the result before publishing it. Forms can be embedded with a block or shortcode.
This workflow is useful for registration, customer feedback, applications, bookings, events, leads, internal processes, surveys, assessments, and other custom WordPress forms. Because the generated fields stay editable, the initial AI result can be adapted to your exact questions and submission process.
Payments and submissions
SureForms supports Stripe payment forms for products, services, donations, subscriptions, and event fees. The Business edition also provides PayPal payments. These capabilities can be used for donation forms, service payments, order forms, membership payments, and event registration forms.
Form entries are stored and managed inside the WordPress dashboard. You can review submissions, search entries, and export data while keeping control of the form information within the site. Email notifications can be customized with recipients, reply-to addresses, subject lines, message content, and submitted form data. After submission, display a confirmation message or redirect the visitor to another page.
Installation and workflow
Install SureForms from the WordPress plugin area, then open the form builder in the block editor. Select AI generation, a template, or a blank form; choose the fields and workflow needed for the project; configure notifications and payment settings where applicable; and publish the finished form using a block or shortcode.
