Manage planned WooCommerce closures
Store Vacation Pro is for WooCommerce stores that need to pause new purchases without taking the entire storefront offline. It extends Store Vacation Lite for WooCommerce with advanced scheduling, saved-cart tools, storefront controls, and vacation reporting. Customers can continue to see the store while you manage periods when checkout or fulfilment is unavailable.
This is useful for holidays, seasonal breaks, fulfilment pauses, regular non-working days, and other planned changes to your store’s availability. The Pro edition is intended for merchants who need more control than a single temporary vacation period can provide.
Schedule closures around your business
Plan closures in advance with unlimited vacation periods. You can prepare several upcoming breaks months ahead and review them in a calendar showing upcoming, active, and past closures. Recurring weekday closures support patterns such as closing every Sunday, every Monday morning, or another custom schedule.
You can also configure opening hours and have the shop close automatically outside those hours. A countdown timer can show the remaining time until reopening directly in the vacation notice, giving visitors a clear indication of when normal ordering is expected to resume.
Keep customers informed
Store Vacation Pro includes storefront tools for communicating closure details. Use a site-wide announcement bar to display a vacation message across every page, and provide advance notice before a closure so customers have time to order early. Vacation notices can include custom text, start and end date smart tags, custom text and background colors, a call-to-action button, and a custom button URL such as a contact page.
The notice can appear on WooCommerce shop and product pages, or be added elsewhere with the Store Vacation Notice block, Elementor widget, or [woo_store_vacation] shortcode. These options let you place closure information where customers are most likely to see it.
Preserve carts while checkout is closed
Save Cart for Later allows customers to save their cart before the store closes and restore it with one click when the shop reopens. Customers can use a shareable saved-cart link across devices by copying, bookmarking, or sharing the link. The saved cart can also be emailed from the storefront, sending the restore link directly to the customer’s inbox.
Customers may continue building their carts while checkout is closed, then complete the purchase when the store reopens. This keeps product selection available during a closure while preventing orders from being placed at the wrong time.

The Pro workflow combines scheduled closure periods, recurring rules, opening hours, customer notices, countdowns, and saved-cart options. Together, these tools help a WooCommerce store explain its status, prepare customers for a break, and organize the transition back to normal ordering.
