Posts Table Pro is a premium WordPress table plugin for presenting posts, pages, and custom post types in a structured, searchable format. Instead of displaying content only as a conventional list or grid, you can create tables that help visitors browse information by category, tag, author, date, custom field, term, or other available criteria.

Flexible columns and advanced filtering
Posts Table Pro extends the basic post-table column choices with additional ways to present and organize content. You can use columns for custom fields, custom taxonomies, post excerpts, and status, alongside standard information such as titles, images, content, categories, tags, authors, dates, and post IDs.
Dropdown filters can be used for taxonomies, categories, and tags. You can also select posts by custom field, term, date, ID, and more. Advanced Custom Fields and ACF Pro support makes the table useful for content types that rely on structured metadata.
Media and presentation options
The plugin supports WordPress media embeds, including audio and video galleries and media playlists. Featured images can be displayed in a lightbox, with a choice of image size. These options make it possible to build media-focused tables as well as practical directories and resource libraries.
AJAX can be enabled to reduce server load when visitors search, filter, or move through table results. Responsive settings let you control how the table behaves across screen sizes and devices, helping you choose a presentation that fits your content and audience.

Getting started
Install Posts Table Pro in your WordPress site, configure the table settings, and add the [posts_table] shortcode to any page or widget. Use the available settings and shortcode parameters to choose columns, pagination, filters, sorting, and the content displayed. You can manage common options globally from the plugin settings area at Settings > Posts Table With Search & Sort.
WPML compatibility supports content translation, and translations are currently provided for French, Spanish, German, Greek, and Chinese (Taiwan). Posts Table Pro is powered by the jQuery DataTables library for its searching and sorting features.
