Portfolio Pro for creative work
Portfolio Pro is the advanced edition of Radius Portfolio, a WordPress plugin for presenting creative projects in organized visual displays. It is suited to freelancers, photographers, designers, artists, developers, and agencies that want to show work through flexible portfolio layouts rather than a simple list of projects.
The plugin works with Gutenberg, Elementor, and shortcodes, giving you several ways to place a portfolio on a page or post. Its responsive design is intended to keep portfolio content usable across desktop and mobile displays, while Pro adds more layout, gallery, navigation, and customization options for larger or more detailed collections.
Choose layouts for different projects
Portfolio Pro includes more than 50 professional layout variations, including masonry grid and masonry isotope layouts. These options allow you to choose a presentation that suits image-focused work, mixed project sizes, or a collection that needs category-based browsing.
Isotope filtering can display or hide portfolio items according to category selection. You can organize projects by categories, tags, tools, client industry, service category, technology stack, project type, medium, style, or collection, depending on how your portfolio is structured. Visitors can then use filter controls to focus on relevant work.
Present image collections and project details
For projects that contain multiple images, Portfolio Pro supports additional image uploads for each portfolio item. The gallery lightbox lets visitors view those images in a focused gallery presentation. This is useful for photography, illustration, branding, web design, marketing campaigns, and case studies that require more than one visual.
Pro also supports custom URLs for external project links. Use this option when a portfolio item should lead visitors to a live project or another external destination. Detail page popups with navigation provide another way to let visitors review project information while moving between items.
Control ordering and browsing
Drag-and-drop ordering helps arrange portfolio items in the sequence you want to present. For larger collections, AJAX pagination provides load more and infinite scroll options, helping you choose how additional items appear as visitors browse. These controls can support a compact first view while keeping more projects available without placing every item on the page at once.
Margin and gutter controls help adjust spacing around and between portfolio items. Extended customization options provide additional control over the appearance of the selected display, while the shortcode generator allows you to configure portfolio settings and preview changes before publishing.
Use Portfolio Pro in WordPress
Photographers can combine masonry layouts with image galleries, artists can group work by medium or collection, and agencies can organize projects by client industry or service. Web developers can use external project links and technology-based categories to direct visitors to relevant examples. Freelancers can use filters and popup details to separate services or project types.
Installation
Install Portfolio Pro in WordPress, then add portfolio items and assign the categories, tags, images, and project information you need. Use the shortcode generator, Elementor addon widget, Gutenberg, or a shortcode to create a display. Select a layout, configure filtering or pagination, adjust spacing and styling, preview the result, and publish it on the chosen page or post.
