WooCommerce conversion tracking across major platforms
Pixel Manager for WooCommerce Pro is a conversion tracking solution for WooCommerce stores. It follows the shopping journey from product impressions and add-to-cart activity through checkout and purchase events, helping connect advertising and analytics data with customer actions. Setup is designed to be practical: enter your tracking IDs and configure the available connections without writing code.
The plugin supports Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, OpenAI ads on ChatGPT, Hotjar and other tracking destinations. It can also work with Google Consent Mode v2 and more than 15 consent management platforms, allowing tracking pixels to respect visitor consent choices.
Pro tracking capabilities
The Pro edition adds server-side tracking through Conversion API and other server-side connections. Instead of relying only on browser events, conversion data can be sent directly from your server to advertising platforms. The paid edition also includes Advanced Matching, Enhanced Match and Enhanced Conversions where supported by the relevant connections.
For OpenAI advertising on ChatGPT, the Pro edition adds a server-side Conversions API connection and Advanced Matching to complement the browser pixel. Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session recordings are also identified as Pro features in beta.
- Automatic Conversion Recovery: identifies and recovers missed conversions nightly.
- Server-side tracking: supports Conversion API and CAPI connections for supported advertising platforms.
- Advanced matching options: includes Advanced Matching, Enhanced Match and Enhanced Conversions as applicable.
- Subscription value multiplier: reports sign-ups at their expected lifetime value.
- Deferred loading: delays the tracking library until the first interaction to support page-speed scores.
Practical WooCommerce workflows
Use the plugin to measure product views, cart additions, checkout steps and completed purchases across multiple platforms. Google Ads Dynamic Remarketing can build audiences from product interactions, while Google Ads Cart Item Tracking can provide cart data to Smart Shopping and Performance Max campaigns. GA4 Enhanced E-Commerce records key shopping funnel events, and Meta remarketing events include ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase.
Payment gateway redirects, order duplication prevention, AJAX product loading and infinite-scroll product lists are addressed through dedicated tracking features. The Payment Gateway Accuracy Report helps identify gateways associated with conversion tracking drops. Customizable filters can refine tracking output, and tracking can be disabled for selected user roles to keep staff or test accounts out of reporting.
Consent and administration
Google Consent Mode v2, Google TCF support and region-specific consent defaults help configure tracking according to consent requirements for the EU, UK and US states. The Nova administration interface includes a getting-started checklist, while the Abilities API integration allows AI agents such as Claude and ChatGPT to discover, read and safely update tracking settings.
Installation and setup
Install the Pixel Manager for WooCommerce in your WordPress site, open its settings, and enter the tracking IDs for the platforms you use. Configure consent management, review the available event and filtering options, and check the Payment Gateway Accuracy Report after setup. Pro users can then configure the relevant server-side connections, Advanced Matching and Automatic Conversion Recovery options.
