Scheduled delivery selection for WooCommerce
Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce adds delivery date and time selection to the shopping experience. Customers can choose a preferred delivery date during checkout, while store administrators define when deliveries are available and how many can be accepted. The plugin supports both classic WooCommerce Cart and Checkout pages and WooCommerce Cart and Checkout Blocks, so scheduled delivery can be offered across either checkout experience.
The plugin is suited to businesses that prepare or deliver orders for a chosen date. Florists can accept deliveries for birthdays and anniversaries, bakeries can coordinate cakes and custom orders, grocery and meal delivery businesses can organize daily capacity, and gift stores can let customers schedule deliveries in advance. Local retailers can also define delivery availability for their operation.
Customer delivery choices
Customers can select their preferred delivery date at checkout. You can make the date field mandatory when a delivery date is required, automatically select the first available date, and customize the label shown for the field. Delivery date selection can be disabled for virtual and featured products when those items do not need delivery scheduling.
Time slots can be offered alongside delivery dates. Create individual delivery time slots or generate multiple slots in bulk using fixed durations and intervals. Specific time slots can be blocked for selected weekdays or dates, helping you present availability that reflects your operating schedule.
Manage schedules and capacity
Define the weekdays on which deliveries are available and block holidays or other dates when deliveries cannot be accepted. Preparation time, also called lead time, can be set before the next available delivery. Daily delivery limits help control the number of orders accepted for a date and support a schedule based on available staff, vehicles, or preparation capacity.
Pro adds delivery schedules based on shipping methods, product categories, shipping classes, user roles, and pickup locations. You can also configure same-day and next-day deliveries with cut-off times. Delivery charges can be based on delivery urgency or selected dates, allowing your delivery setup to reflect different scheduling choices.
Order administration and integrations
The selected delivery date and time are displayed in WooCommerce orders. Administrators can edit delivery dates from the dashboard and notify customers about changes. Customers can update their delivery date from My Account, and delivery date information is available in the WooCommerce mobile app. The plugin is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and supports recurring deliveries with WooCommerce Subscriptions compatibility.
For broader planning, Google Calendar synchronization helps manage deliveries. Pro also includes additional integrations with popular WooCommerce shipping and marketplace plugins.
