Display Twitter Content in WordPress
Live Twitter Tweets Pro is a paid edition of the Customize Feeds for Twitter plugin. It lets you display Twitter feeds on a WordPress website using widgets or shortcodes. The feed can be placed in areas such as a sidebar or footer, or added to different posts and pages according to your site layout.
The plugin is designed to provide a customizable, responsive, and search engine crawlable presentation of Twitter content. You can adjust the appearance of the feed so it fits more closely with the look and feel of your website.
Use Multiple Feed Sources
Live Twitter Tweets Pro supports multiple Twitter feeds without limitations. You can display feeds from different users, hashtags, or search terms, making it suitable for websites that need to bring together several Twitter sources.
Different feeds can be shown on different pages or posts. This can help you present an account feed in one area, a hashtag feed on a campaign page, or search-based content in another part of your site.
Choose a Feed Layout
In addition to a standard widget presentation, the Pro edition can display tweets in a configurable carousel slider. You can enable or disable autoplay and set the autoplay time. A configurable number of tweets can be shown, and visitors can use a load more button to load the remaining tweets.
These options let you decide how much Twitter content appears initially and whether visitors browse a compact feed, a larger list, or a rotating carousel. The responsive design is intended to keep the feed usable across different screen sizes.
Customize the Appearance
The feed styling settings include controls for the background color, tweet background color, font color, font size, and font weight. You can also choose a Google Font for the Twitter feed. Additional settings help you control how the widget fits into your website, including its title, theme, and height.
You can customize the URL link color and choose whether tweet replies are shown. The available design controls make it possible to create a feed that works with the visual style of a blog, business website, campaign page, or other WordPress publication.
Enable Tweet Actions and Sharing
When Twitter feeds are displayed, visitors can interact with tweets through reply, retweet, and like actions. The plugin also supports sharing tweets from your website to social media, including Facebook and other social platforms listed by the product.
Live Twitter Tweets Pro can also let you update your Twitter status directly from your WordPress website. This provides a publishing option alongside the feed display and interaction features.
Installation and Setup
Install the plugin in WordPress, then configure the Twitter feed settings. Add the relevant Twitter account, user, hashtag, or search-term source, select the desired layout, and adjust the display controls. Add the resulting feed with a widget or shortcode, depending on where you want it to appear.
Before publishing, configure the number of tweets, slider behavior, colors, typography, link settings, and tweet actions. Documentation, frequently asked questions, and a support forum are available for setup guidance.
