Lead Form Builder Pro is a WordPress form builder for creating contact forms, registration forms, newsletter forms, and other lead-generation forms. Its drag-and-drop field ordering makes it possible to arrange forms without complex configuration, while pre-built templates provide a starting point for common use cases. Forms can be embedded in pages, posts, or widgets using a generated shortcode.
The plugin supports unlimited form creations and includes responsive layouts for presenting forms across different screen sizes. It works with the WordPress Block Editor and is compatible with popular page builders including Elementor, Brizy, SiteOrigin, and Gutenberg.
Build forms with flexible fields
Lead Form Builder Pro includes fields for text or name, email, URL, number, textarea, radio buttons, checkboxes, dates, dropdowns, and file uploads. You can use placeholders as default values, set form sizing to small, medium, or large, and configure the form with a custom header or background image and color.

Manage submissions and notifications
Submitted leads can be received by email, saved in the database, or handled through both methods. Separate lead management lets you view leads for each form. The Pro version also supports lead export, including details such as IP address, country, operating system, and browser through its lead-tracing features.
Email settings can be configured separately for administrators and users, including distinct “from” and “to” settings. You can send unlimited email notifications and set up autoresponders for people who submit a form. SMTP mail configuration is also available for managing outgoing form messages.
Spam protection and integrations
For spam and bot protection, the plugin supports Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, as well as Cloudflare Turnstile. Google One Tap Login is included as a premium feature. MailChimp integration supports newsletter-oriented workflows, while the Lead Form Styler Elementor addon provides additional Elementor-focused form styling options.
Import and export tools are available for forms, making it easier to move form configurations. Live Customizer options let you adjust the form appearance while working on its presentation.
Practical workflow
- Select a pre-built template or create a new form.
- Add and arrange the required fields.
- Configure notifications, autoresponders, lead storage, and spam protection.
- Adjust sizing, colors, backgrounds, and other styling options.
- Generate the shortcode and place the form in a page, post, widget, or supported editor.
- Review submissions through the separate lead management area and export leads when required.
Installation
Upload lead-form-builder.zip to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, then activate the plugin from the Plugins menu in WordPress. Create a form, configure its settings, and insert the generated shortcode where you want the form to appear.
