Create interactive 360° experiences in WordPress
iPanorama 360 Virtual Tour Builder Pro is designed for creating interactive virtual tours directly from the WordPress admin. Upload 360-degree panoramic images, arrange them as scenes, and connect different rooms or areas into a navigable experience. The builder can also be used for interactive maps, presentations, showrooms, museums, galleries, property displays, schools, stores, and travel-related projects.
Build connected scenes with useful markers
A tour can contain several scenes created from panoramic images. Markers connect one scene to another, allowing visitors to move to a previous or next room or area. Transition effects, including fade, zoom, and twist, can be used to style movement between scenes.
Markers can also provide information about specific parts of a scene. Add tooltips and popovers containing text, images, video, and other online media resources. This makes it possible to combine navigation and explanations in the same tour, whether you are presenting a space, highlighting products, or guiding visitors through an environment.
Work through a visual builder
The modern builder interface is intended to make tour creation straightforward. A preview mode lets you review changes before publishing, helping you check scene connections, marker placement, and presentation details as you work.
For teams managing WordPress content, access permissions can be adjusted for authors and editors. Selected WordPress roles may be allowed to create and edit only their own items, items within a group, or all items, including administrator items. This provides control over who can modify virtual tours.
Publish tours where you need them
- Classic shortcode: Embed a tour in the classic editor with the [ipano id=”123″] shortcode, replacing the example ID with the relevant tour ID.
- Gutenberg block: Select the iPanorama 360 block, choose a tour ID, and set width and height when needed.
- Iframe embed: Copy the iframe code from the builder’s shortcode section to share a tour on third-party web resources.
These publishing options make it possible to place tours in posts and pages or reuse them in other web locations through an iframe.
Practical project uses
Use the plugin to introduce a museum exhibition, present a real estate property, show a retail or showroom environment, map a school or gallery, or create a guided presentation. The same scene-and-marker workflow can support both visual exploration and structured information.
Installation
In the WordPress dashboard, open the Plugins area and upload the plugin file. After installation, activate the plugin. The iPanorama 360 option then appears in the dashboard, where you can open the builder, add panoramic images, create scenes, and prepare a tour for publishing.
