Facturare PRO for WooCommerce extends the WooCommerce checkout with information that can be needed for invoicing in Romania. It is designed for stores that sell to both individuals and companies and need a clearer way to collect billing details during the order process.
For individual customers, the checkout can include a CNP field. For legal entities, the module can provide fields for CUI, Commercial Registry number, bank name, and IBAN. These details are collected alongside the customer’s billing information, giving the store the data needed for its invoicing workflow.
Built for different buyer types
The PRO edition allows customers to view product prices including or excluding VAT. It also adapts tax handling according to the type of buyer and the applicable legislation. This can be useful in stores where the tax treatment differs between customer categories, including examples such as photovoltaic systems.

What the plugin does
Facturare PRO for WooCommerce adds billing-related fields to the checkout; it does not issue invoices itself. If you need automated invoices or pro forma documents through SmartBill, the supplied information points to SmartBill for WooCommerce as the separate solution for automating that part of the process.

Order data for custom workflows
For database use and custom development, the fields added by the plugin are stored in one row in the wp_postmeta table under the av_facturare key. The source also provides dedicated metadata keys that return the requested values for an order:
- _billing_facturare_cnp for CNP
- _billing_facturare_nr_reg_com for the Commercial Registry number
- _billing_facturare_cui for CUI
- _billing_facturare_nume_banca for bank name
- _billing_facturare_iban for IBAN
