Connect WordPress forms with Zoho CRM
Contact Form Zoho Premium sends submissions from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, Contact Forms Entries Plugin, and other supported contact form plugins to Zoho CRM and Bigin. It is designed for WordPress sites that need to capture form data in CRM records instead of handling each submission separately.
The plugin supports connections to Zoho accounts and lets you create feeds for the forms you use. A feed controls how submitted values are mapped to Zoho fields and objects, helping you send information to records such as Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Orders, and Cases.
Premium CRM mapping and record tools
Premium capabilities expand the available Zoho integration beyond basic field mapping. You can map form values to custom fields, use phone fields across Zoho objects, and work with custom modules in Zoho CRM. Lead Source and Status can also be set in Zoho CRM.
- Map form fields to Zoho CRM and Bigin objects.
- Use custom Zoho CRM fields and custom modules.
- Send Zoho CRM attachments and tags.
- Assign objects to Zoho Tasks.
- Use Zoho Object Layouts and approval mode.
- Assign an object owner in Zoho CRM.
- Add an object as a campaign member in Zoho.
- Create or update an account and assign it to another object.
The create-or-update workflow checks whether an entry already exists in Zoho CRM. If it does, the plugin can update the existing entry; otherwise, it can create a new record. This is useful for lead capture and contact management workflows where repeated form submissions should be associated with an existing CRM entry.
Data, lookup, and visitor information
Premium features can include Google Analytics parameters and visitor geolocation with the submitted form data. Lookup tools can retrieve a lead’s email address and phone number through email and phone lookup APIs. These options help provide additional context when form submissions are sent to Zoho.
Form submissions can be filtered based on user input, and data can be sent as notes to a Zoho object. One or more form fields can be combined for notes associated with Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Orders, or Cases. Detailed Zoho logs show whether each submission was sent, and entries can be resent from the logs.
Practical workflow
Connect one or more Zoho accounts, create a Zoho feed, and map the required Zoho fields to the fields in your selected form. Send a test entry, then review the Zoho Logs tab to verify the result. The plugin also supports manually sending submissions when that workflow is needed.
Installation and setup
Install Contact Form 7 or another supported form plugin, then install Contact Form Zoho Premium. Open the Zoho Accounts area and add a Zoho account using the available API key connection. Create a feed in Zoho Feeds, select the relevant form and Zoho object, map the fields, and submit a test entry. Check Zoho Logs to confirm the submission result.
