Buttons, menus, and click actions
Create unlimited single floating buttons or interactive sticky menus. Buttonizer supports more than 40 click actions, including click to call, click to email, click to SMS, web URLs, contact forms, downloads, printing, copying a page URL, Google Maps route navigation, scrolling, and opening popups.
Multiple actions can be grouped in one floating menu. Choose a default stacked layout, a pop animation, a corner-circle arrangement, or a square layout that displays buttons together. You can also place several communication choices in one location so visitors can use the chat app they prefer.
Chat, popups, and visitor engagement
Supported chat options include WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Formilla, Telegram, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Snapchat, Signal, LINE, WeChat, Viber, and additional channels. WhatsApp settings can include a phone number, picture, custom message, multiple agents, and opening or closing times. Desktop and mobile visitors can be directed to the relevant WhatsApp destination.
The Popup Builder includes professionally designed marketing popups for announcements, promotions, coupon codes, and other messages. Display filters can use scrolling, device type, selected pages, or specific times. Pro capabilities listed for Buttonizer include webhook support, iframe widgets, and custom JavaScript code. JavaScript click actions can also launch other live chat products.
Premium monitoring and configuration
Premium real-time visitor monitoring shows active visitors and provides details such as country, recently viewed pages, referring site, new or returning status, IP address, operating system, and browser. Proactive chat can trigger after a defined number of seconds. ChatGPT-based and custom chatbots are available as paid add-ons for automated responses, lead qualification, meeting booking, and product or service information.
Customize button position, colors, border radius, labels, fonts, icons, background images, classes, and IDs. Font Awesome versions 4.7, 5, 6, and 7 Pro are supported, with more than 2,025 available icons. Templates can be imported and exported for reuse across websites, and labels can be shown on mobile, desktop, or both.
Installation and setup
Install Buttonizer on the WordPress site where you want to display floating actions, then configure the buttons, menu behavior, click actions, styling, and display rules. Connect the required chat or translation-style external services where applicable, review each action, and set the pages or devices where it should appear. If using Premium monitoring, proactive chat, or chatbot add-ons, configure those features within the available Buttonizer and Formilla settings before publishing.
