Bulky Pro is a bulk editing tool for WooCommerce products, orders, and coupons. It is intended for store owners who need to find groups of items and update product information without handling every record separately. The product table provides tools for selecting rows, columns, or the entire table, while cell editing supports a more focused workflow.
Use the available filters to narrow the products that need attention, then apply changes to the selected records. This approach is useful for catalog maintenance, price updates, stock adjustments, product organization, and other repetitive editing tasks.
Filter products by detailed criteria
Bulky Pro can filter simple and variable products by fields and properties including ID, title, content, excerpt, slug, SKU, post date, regular price, sale price, sale date, stock quantity, width, height, length, and weight. Additional filters cover product type, product status, stock status, featured status, downloadable status, sold-individually settings, backorders, author, catalog visibility, categories, tags, attributes, reviews, and shipping class.
Product type filters include simple, variable, external or affiliate, and grouped products. Product status filters include draft, pending, private, and public. Stock status can be used to find products that are in stock or out of stock. ID filtering can use a range or separate IDs with commas, while text fields can be matched as exact, not included, beginning, ending, or empty content.
Work directly in the product table
Select objects, columns, rows, or the entire table before editing. Right-click to edit objects, copy and paste values, select a range, and apply an edit to other cells by dragging the fill handle. You can delete selected objects, sort values in ascending or descending order, and use Find and Replace to locate and change matching information.
The Search tool helps find fields to edit, and the Load variations option supports working with product variations. The available tools can also be used to filter orders by ID, title, regular price, sale price, or SKU. Pro workflow features
Bulky Pro includes the free-version features together with an automatic plugin update option and a history that records edits. The history can help you review the changes made during catalog work. Pro also supports bulk editing of custom meta fields from third-party plugins.
