Drag and drop article reordering provides a practical way to maintain the order of your documentation. Tags support adds another way to organize related content. Advanced content restriction by user role can help you present selected knowledge base material to the appropriate WordPress users.
The plugin includes a statistics dashboard widget and multisite support. A shortcode editor can add dynamic lists of articles outside the knowledge base, which is useful when you want to surface selected documentation in another area of a site.
