Centralize WooCommerce Shipment Management
AST PRO is the paid edition of Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce. It extends the core shipment tracking workflow with automation and tools for high-volume and multi-channel stores. Add tracking information to orders, connect shipping services, organize fulfillment activity, and share delivery details with customers from WooCommerce.
The underlying plugin supports manual tracking numbers, bulk CSV import, a shipment tracking REST API, more than 1,010 pre-configured carriers, Shipped and Partially Shipped statuses, a customizable tracking widget, HPOS, and WooCommerce Cart and Checkout blocks. Customers can see tracking links in order emails and on the My Account page.
Automated Shipping Integrations
AST PRO can connect with shipping and fulfillment services including ShipStation, WooCommerce Shipping, Ordoro, Royal Mail Click & Drop, Sendcloud, Pirate Ship, Stamps.com, Printful, and more. Tracking information can be auto-imported from supported shipping label tools, reducing the need to enter shipment details manually after fulfillment.
For larger order volumes, scheduled CSV imports through FTP or SFTP provide a recurring way to bring tracking data into the store. This can be useful when shipment information is produced by an external fulfillment process or shipping system.
Payment and Carrier Automation
AST PRO provides PayPal Tracking Sync, which automatically exports tracking information to PayPal. It also supports Stripe Tracking Sync for syncing tracking data with Stripe transactions.
Auto-Detect Carriers identifies the shipping carrier from the tracking number format, so a carrier does not always need to be selected manually. The plugin also supports custom and white-labeled carriers with custom names, logos, and tracking URLs.
Detailed Fulfillment Controls
Item-Level Tracking lets you assign tracking numbers to specific line items and quantities within an order. This is useful for split shipments or orders where products are fulfilled separately.
A Fulfillment Dashboard provides one centralized view for managing shipments. Custom email templates allow enhanced, branded shipping notification emails, helping stores present shipment updates in a more tailored format.

Installation
Install the plugin in WordPress and activate it for your WooCommerce store. Configure the shipment settings, carrier options, integrations, and notification templates. AST PRO can then add tracking information to orders and display clickable tracking links in customer emails and the My Account area.
