Protect and customize the WordPress login page
All in One Login Premium is a WordPress plugin for managing the wp-admin login experience. It brings login-page customization and access-control features together, giving site administrators options for changing the default admin URL, reducing automated login attempts, and tailoring how users authenticate.
The plugin is also intended for sites that want a more customized login page. Its live preview customizer can be used to change logos, colors, backgrounds, layouts, Google Fonts, and custom CSS without coding.
Strengthen login controls
Change the default WP-Admin URL to use a custom login address. The plugin also supports Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 on the WP-Admin login page, helping protect the form from spam and bots. Cloudflare Turnstile is available as a privacy-friendly CAPTCHA alternative.
Limit failed login attempts and lock out users after multiple failures. User enumeration controls can block attempts to discover WordPress usernames through author or query-string requests. Detailed activity logs are also included among the plugin’s login-security features.
Offer flexible authentication
All in One Login supports passwordless authentication options. Email OTP lets users sign in with a one-time verification code sent by email. The paid capabilities also include SMS OTP through Twilio integration and one-click Login Links, also called Magic Links, sent to a user’s email inbox.
App-Based 2FA adds an additional authentication step for WP-Admin. Backup codes can be generated for users who need an emergency way to access their account when their primary 2FA method is unavailable. The source information specifies that administrators can generate between 1 and 20 one-time backup codes per user.
Manage redirects and notifications
Create login and logout redirection rules for all users, user roles, or specific users. This is useful when different account types should reach different areas after authentication.
All in One Login Pro also integrates with Slack notifications for security events such as failed login attempts, IP lockouts, and user enumeration detection. Webhooks can send security events to any HTTPS endpoint, supporting connections with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom monitoring systems.
Installation and configuration
Install the All in One Login plugin on your WordPress site and open its settings to configure the login URL, CAPTCHA or Turnstile option, failed-attempt controls, and login-page design. If passwordless access or 2FA is required, configure the relevant authentication method and review the recovery options.
Test the login, logout, redirection, and recovery flows before applying the setup for regular users. The plugin documentation and support ticket option are available for configuration assistance.
