Automated WooCommerce order exports
Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce Pro helps store owners move detailed WooCommerce order data into external workflows. It is designed for businesses sending order information to third-party drop shippers, updating accounting systems, or reviewing order data for analysis.
The Pro edition adds automation to the plugin’s export workflow. You can export a single order immediately after a status change, such as after payment, or create exports on a flexible schedule. This makes it possible to prepare order data for recurring operational tasks instead of relying only on manual exports.
Detailed data selection and formatting
Choose which fields to include in an export, rename labels, and reorder columns to suit the destination or the way your team works. The plugin can export custom fields and terms associated with products and orders, helping you include information added by other parts of your WooCommerce setup in many cases.
Available export formats include Excel, CSV, XML, JSON, PDF, and HTML. Exported information can include order summaries, order details such as item counts, discounts, and taxes, customer details for shipping and billing, product attributes, coupon details, and order item metadata.
- Select fields for a focused export.
- Rename labels and arrange columns.
- Group data by products or customers.
- Apply filters to narrow the orders included.
- Export orders through bulk actions from the orders list.
Delivery for connected workflows
Pro exports can be sent to multiple locations at once. Supported destinations include email, FTP, and various APIs. Updating Google Sheets or Google Drive is also possible when using the Zapier service. These options can support workflows in which order information needs to reach a drop shipper, an accounting system, or another service without repeated manual handling.
Practical uses
For a drop-shipping workflow, configure the fields required by the third-party supplier, select a suitable format such as CSV or XML, and use a status trigger or schedule for delivery. For accounting work, select the order, customer, discount, tax, and payment-related details required by the receiving system. For analysis, filter and group the data by products or customers before exporting.
Compatibility and custom data
The plugin is fully compatible with HPOS. Custom fields added by third-party plugins are correctly exported in most cases, although some complex plugins may require a snippet. Product attributes can be added from the Set up fields area by opening Product order items, adding a field, choosing the field, entering a column title, and confirming it.
Installation and setup
Install the plugin in your WordPress site, then open its export settings and configure the fields, format, filters, and delivery method. For automated exports, set the order status trigger or flexible schedule. Review the resulting export and adjust the selected fields or column settings when needed.
