Build interactive accordion content in Gutenberg
Advanced Accordion Gutenberg Block Pro extends the Advanced Accordion Gutenberg Block for WordPress sites that need more than basic expandable sections. It is intended for professional FAQ areas, documentation, process guides, content accordions, and interactive tabs created directly in the Gutenberg editor.
The block uses native Gutenberg components and supports responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile displays. You can place text, images, videos, tables, buttons, and other blocks inside accordion sections. Nested accordions support multi-level content structures, while horizontal accordion blocks can present titles, subtitles, icons, and inner blocks side by side.
Help visitors find and read content
Pro adds an instant search bar for pages with a long list of FAQs or accordion items. Visitors can use it to locate specific questions or sections more quickly. The Question and Answer style presents FAQ content in a structured format intended to support easier reading and engagement.
A Read More button can hide content beyond a chosen character limit or line count and reveal the rest when selected. This is useful when an accordion contains longer explanations but the page should initially remain compact.

Add feedback and direct links
Voting feedback buttons can be added to each FAQ item. The total vote count helps you understand how helpful an accordion is to visitors. Anchor links generate unique links for individual FAQ items, making it possible to direct users to a specific answer from elsewhere on the same page or from an external source.
These tools can support knowledge bases, support pages, product explanations, and internal process documentation where readers may need to share or revisit a particular section.
Control how accordions open
The Activator Event option lets you choose whether an accordion opens on click or hover. For guided content, the Steps Layout opens accordions sequentially and marks previously opened items as checked. This creates a step-by-step presentation for instructions, processes, and other ordered material.
The block also includes active-on-page-load controls, responsive design, keyboard navigation, customizable colors and styling, pre-built patterns, and automatic FAQ schema markup. Global style settings help maintain consistent presentation across accordion sections, while the available customization includes margins, padding, border radius, backgrounds, colors, and typography.
Installation and use
Install and activate Advanced Accordion Gutenberg Block Pro in WordPress, then open a post or page in the Gutenberg editor. Add the accordion block, insert the required content, and configure the Pro options for search, feedback, links, display controls, or step-based navigation. Use the responsive and styling settings to prepare the content for different screen sizes.
