Flexible WordPress user exports
WP All Export – User Export Add-On Premium provides a structured way to export WordPress user data to CSV, Excel, or XML files. It works with WP All Export and lets you choose the fields, format, and users included in each export. The add-on is useful for reporting, spreadsheet work, migrations, and connections with external applications.
Premium includes the capabilities available in the free version, while adding Excel output, advanced XML feeds, broader field access, filtering, scheduling, Zapier integration, PHP functions, and email-based technical support. You can create an export on demand or configure it to run automatically.
Choose and shape your fields
The drag-and-drop interface lets you select export columns and control their order. You can rename fields, combine values, and create new fields with embedded functions. Conditional logic and simple PHP snippets can modify user data as it is exported, helping you prepare a file for a specific spreadsheet, feed, or external workflow.
Premium can export all user fields, including custom fields created by third-party plugins. This gives you a way to include more than standard WordPress user information when those additional fields are part of your site’s user records.
Build precise filters
Use filters to export only the users needed for a particular task. The add-on supports more than 30 user fields and can filter fields added by third-party plugins. Nested filters allow more advanced conditions, such as one condition or a combination of two other conditions, rather than limiting you to a simple sequence of AND or OR rules.
This is practical for preparing targeted lists, separating user groups, or creating focused exports for review. Once the users and fields are selected, you can run the export and download the resulting file in the chosen format.
CSV, Excel, and XML output

For bulk changes, export the selected users, edit the data in a spreadsheet, and import the changes back into WordPress with WP All Import.
Installation and setup
Install and activate WP All Export together with the User Export Add-On, then open All Export > New Export and choose Users as the export type. Select and arrange the fields, add filters if needed, choose CSV, Excel, or XML output, and run the export. For recurring work, configure a schedule after the export settings are complete.
