Clearer stock messages for WooCommerce
Advanced Custom Stock Status PRO helps stores replace or extend standard WooCommerce availability labels with more informative stock messages. You can create your own stock status, assign different colors, and display clearer information on product pages and shop listings.
The PRO edition is designed for stores that need more control than a single global stock message. Statuses can be managed across products, categories, and variable products, while quantity-based rules can help show a message that reflects the available amount.

Customer-facing stock information
Custom messages can be used to communicate availability more precisely on product details pages and product collections. The plugin also supports custom colors for status text, a font-size option for stock messages, and the ability to relocate stock status below the add-to-cart button on a single product page.
Additional display options include hiding the sad face shown for out-of-stock products, showing or hiding a “Stock Status” tag before custom stock text in order emails, and displaying custom status messages for grouped products in shop pages and other listings. Stock information can also be displayed in the WooCommerce product collection block.
Useful store workflows
Use quantity-based statuses when availability needs to be more specific than “In stock” or “Out of stock.” Apply category-level settings when different product groups require different wording. For catalogs with many items, bulk editing can reduce repetitive administration, including work involving variable products.
The plugin also provides shortcodes for adding a learn-more URL or a delivery date after the stock status. Delivery dates can include a number of days and excluded days, such as weekends. A shortcode for the custom stock status is available as well.

Installation and setup
Install Advanced Custom Stock Status and add the PRO edition to the WordPress site. Open the plugin’s custom stock settings, create or select the required statuses, configure colors and display preferences, then assign settings to products, categories, or quantity rules. Review the product and shop pages before publishing the changes.
