Build WordPress Forms Without Coding
Visual Form Builder Pro is designed for creating and managing forms in one place. Build a functional contact form without writing PHP, CSS, or HTML, then place it on posts or pages with a shortcode. The editor supports drag-and-drop reordering, one-click field additions, required fields, and multiple forms on a single post or page.
When you need to reuse an existing design, one-click form duplication copies a form you have already built. You can also use your own CSS and arrange fields in two columns, three columns, or a mixture of column layouts.
Flexible Field Building
Choose from a broad selection of field types for contact forms, registration-style forms, requests, surveys, and other data-collection workflows. Available options include text inputs, textareas, checkboxes, radio buttons, select dropdowns, address fields, dates, email fields, URLs, currency, numbers, times, phone numbers, HTML, file uploads, fieldset sections, and plain or HTML-formatted instructions.
Fieldset sections help group related fields, while validation tools support required fields and jQuery form validation. This gives you a practical way to structure forms and guide visitors as they enter information.
Manage and Export Entries
Submitted data is automatically stored in the WordPress database and can be managed from the WordPress dashboard. Review entries, search across submissions, apply advanced filtering, and use bulk actions to export entries to CSV or delete them in bulk.
Entry management can also include the submission date and IP address. If your workflow requires that submissions not be retained, the plugin provides an option to disable saving all entries for GDPR-related requirements.
Confirmations, Redirects, and Email
Control what visitors see after submitting a form with customized confirmation messages. Display HTML-formatted text, redirect users to a WordPress page, or send them to a custom URL.
Form submissions can be sent to multiple email addresses. You can also send a customized confirmation email to the user, include additional HTML-formatted text, and automatically attach a copy of the submitted entry as an email receipt.
Spam Protection
Every form includes a simple, accessible text CAPTCHA system. Visual Form Builder Pro also provides reCAPTCHA availability and Akismet support for additional spam-protection options.
Getting Started
Open Visual Form Builder > Add New, enter the form details, and click fields from the box on the left to add them. Open each field to edit its information, drag elements into the desired order, and select Save Form. After creating the form, use its shortcode on any post or page, including pages that contain multiple forms.
