Schedule WooCommerce product changes
WPC Product Timer Premium is a time-based product management tool for WooCommerce. It lets store owners control when products change price, visibility, stock condition, and purchasing availability. This is useful for planned promotions, product launches, restocking workflows, sale seasons, and other situations where product behavior needs to change at defined times.
The plugin works mainly in the WordPress administration area. Its timer rules can be based on a timely period, a recurring period, or an exact date and time. You can combine date and time conditions to create more detailed schedules and use separate date and time ranges simultaneously.
Build flexible timer rules
The interface includes a visual calendar for choosing dates and times. Up to 15 date and time conditionals can be combined for more complex rules. Premium allows multiple actions to be added to a product, with unlimited actions despite the types of actions selected, provided the defined time conditions do not conflict.
- Prices: Schedule sale prices and return products to their regular prices using time conditions.
- Visibility: Set products as visible or hidden at selected times.
- Listings: Mark products as featured or unfeatured according to a schedule.
- Stock condition: Change products between in-stock and out-of-stock states.
- Availability: Make products purchasable or unpurchasable.
- Individual sales: Enable or disable the sold-individually setting.
Visibility and purchasing controls can be combined when you need to prevent customers from buying an item while managing how it appears in the store. For example, a product can be set as hidden and unpurchasable, while customers with its direct link may still be able to access the single product page.
Apply timers across products
The Global Timer helps you apply timer settings throughout the store or across selected products. From the WordPress dashboard, go to WPClever > Product Timer and open the Global Timer tab. You can choose actions and timers for all products, selected categories, or products identified through selected product tags.
Test schedules with the simulator
The built-in Timer Simulator lets you preview how timer rules behave without changing the system clock or waiting for the scheduled time. Select a product, choose a simulated date and time, and select a user role to test the result. This is useful for checking upcoming flash sales, future price changes, stock behavior, and other scheduled scenarios.
Installation and setup
Install WPC Product Timer Premium on your WooCommerce website, then open its settings from the WordPress dashboard. Create a timer on a product or use the Global Timer for products, categories, or selected product tags. Choose the conditions and actions, then use the Timer Simulator to preview the configuration.
