Machine learning spam detection
Titan checks comments against a global spam database and evaluates submissions using filtering rules. Pro adds machine learning spam detection to this protection. Suspicious comments can be marked as spam and kept out of public view, while filtered comments may be stored in the moderation area for review.
Detailed spam-processing logs help you examine how comments were handled and monitor spam activity. The comment form can also display a privacy policy notice. Titan’s comment protection is intended for the WordPress comment form; contact forms, feedback forms, and third-party form plugins require their own protection mechanisms.
Two-factor authentication
Titan Pro enables two-factor authentication for stronger account protection. Administrators can configure it manually when QR-code scanning is unavailable, and authentication can be enabled or managed for individual users or roles.
