Flexible ad and code placement for WordPress
Ad Inserter Pro is a WordPress management tool for inserting advertising and other code at carefully selected positions throughout a site. It supports advertising services such as Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Media.net, Infolinks, and rotating banners, while also handling opt-in forms, analytics, tracking code, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PHP, and header or footer content.
The plugin is designed for sites that need more control than a simple widget or single code field can provide. You can configure content to appear before or after posts, content, paragraphs, images, comments, excerpts, or selected HTML elements. It can also insert content between posts, excerpts, or comments, at custom WordPress hook positions, in feeds, and in Ajax, RSS, or REST requests.
Advanced placement controls
Ad Inserter Pro provides multiple ways to select where code should appear. Use relative positions inside posts, CSS selectors, a visual HTML element selector, or Gutenberg blocks to work with different page layouts. The visual advert editor can help create adverts from scratch, while the code preview and visual CSS editor support more controlled adjustments.

Advertising, tracking, and site code
The plugin can insert raw HTTP response header lines, Google Analytics, Matomo, and other tracking code, as well as images, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. PHP code processing, custom wrapping classes, ad labels, and custom alignments and styles provide additional control over presentation and integration.
For advertising workflows, Ad Inserter Pro supports sticky fixed widgets, including sticky sidebars, and can detect, hide, or replace blank AdSense blocks. It also supports GDPR consent and an ads.txt editor. You can use custom classes for wrapping divs and work with shortcodes supplied by other plugins.
Pro targeting and reporting
The Pro edition adds advanced audience and performance tools. Geolocation can use internal or MaxMind databases and supports country, state, region, and city-level targeting, including use with caching. IP addresses and countries or cities can be blacklisted or whitelisted.
Ad impression and click statistics are available for JavaScript adverts, including Google AdSense. Statistics reports can be prepared for clients in PDF format, helping organize campaign information for site owners and advertising partners.
Installation and setup
Install Ad Inserter Pro in WordPress, then add advertising or other code to the available blocks and configure the desired insertion positions. Review the preview, placement rules, labels, styles, targeting, and exclusions before publishing. Because the plugin inserts the code configured in its blocks, headers, and footers, check the resulting page source and displayed placements after saving.
