Build a quote-based WooCommerce workflow
Quotes for WooCommerce Pro helps store administrators manage products that need custom pricing or customer-specific purchasing arrangements. The plugin can hide product prices and replace the standard Add to Cart button with a Request Quote option. Quote requests do not take payment at checkout. Instead, the administrator can set pricing for the order, finalize the quote, and notify the customer by email.
After receiving the finalized quote, the customer can make a payment through the link in the email or from the My Account page. This approach is suitable for stores serving customers whose prices depend on order details, quantities, account type, stock status, or direct negotiation.
Control which products use quotes
The Pro edition provides several ways to decide when quotation functionality should appear. Install and activate Quotes for WooCommerce Pro on a WordPress site with WooCommerce 4.0 or higher. Configure whether the store should use quotes broadly or only for selected products, variations, quantities, stock conditions, or user roles. Then enable the Request Quote form and adjust the relevant product and customer rules.
When a customer submits a request, manage the quotation from the unified quote area, set the appropriate price, and finalize the quote. The customer can then use the payment link in the email or the My Account page. For stores that need regular checkout and negotiated pricing in parallel, the Pro edition provides the controls needed to combine both workflows.
