Build a more flexible WooCommerce account area
Customize My Account for WooCommerce Pro extends the standard WooCommerce My Account page into a structured customer dashboard. It is designed for store owners who need more control over account navigation, dashboard presentation, order views, downloads, and customer-specific menu visibility.
The plugin works through administration settings and a live frontend customizer, so changes can be previewed without coding. Its account tools are suited to online stores, membership and subscription sites, wholesale businesses, B2B portals, and digital download stores.
Pro navigation and layout controls
Pro adds the Banking App and React-based navigation styles alongside the available theme default and clean options. You can choose a presentation that fits your store, then organize the account experience around the sections customers use most.

Third-party endpoints can be detected automatically, including endpoints from tools such as YITH, Tera Wallet, and Subscriptions. Their visibility, order, and labels can then be managed within the account navigation.
Personalized account navigation
Role-based controls help you present different account areas to different audiences. Pro supports showing or hiding endpoints by user role and by specific user ID, as well as excluding selected roles or users from particular items. This is useful when a customer portal serves several groups with different account requirements.
A profile completion wizard can guide customers through missing profile information. The header navigation menu widget can also include an avatar, helping connect the account navigation with the customer profile.
Improved orders and downloads
The plugin includes optimized templates for Orders, View Order, and Downloads pages. These templates replace standard table presentations with mobile-friendly card layouts that can display order status, product images, item counts, file names, remaining downloads, and expiry dates.
Customers can filter orders by All, Processing, or Completed status. Store administrators can also customize order columns and actions, customize download columns, or switch back to the default WooCommerce templates when needed.
Live customization workflow
Use the live frontend customizer to preview the actual account page while working. You can switch navigation styles, toggle dashboard widgets, drag and drop dashboard sections, and preview desktop or mobile views. Changes save automatically through AJAX, without a separate Save button.
