Automate social publishing from WordPress
AutoSocial Pro is the paid version of WP LinkedIn Auto Publish, designed to publish WordPress content automatically to multiple social destinations. It retains the LinkedIn publishing workflow and adds Facebook, Google My Business, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest, giving you one place to manage routine content sharing.
The plugin can publish posts, custom posts, and pages. It is suited to websites that want a consistent publishing process without manually copying each new item to every selected network. You can choose where content is shared and define default destinations from the plugin settings.
Supported publishing workflow
For LinkedIn, AutoSocial can publish to a personal profile and/or company pages where you are an administrator. You can choose who should see shared LinkedIn posts and select between simple text-based sharing or more advanced sharing that tells LinkedIn to use the post’s featured image.
The plugin also supports a default share-message format. Dynamic shortcodes can be used to create a reusable message structure for posts, while the post meta box lets you override that format for an individual item when a different message is needed.
Control what gets published
- Choose whether posts, custom posts, and pages are shared.
- Filter items for publication according to categories selected in the plugin settings.
- Set default profiles and/or companies for sharing.
- Use the checkbox on an individual post to prevent that particular post from being shared.
- Review records showing instances when a post has been shared to LinkedIn.
Practical use cases
AutoSocial Pro can support a blog, company website, or publishing team that needs to distribute WordPress content across several social channels. Category filtering can help separate content types or topics, while default destinations reduce repeated setup for routine posts.
The per-post checkbox provides a simple exception when an item should remain on the website without being shared. Message overrides are useful when a specific article, page, or custom post needs wording that differs from the site-wide default.
Setting up AutoSocial Pro
Install the plugin in WordPress, then open its settings area to choose the content types, categories, default destinations, and sharing preferences you want to use. Configure the default share-message format and select the LinkedIn sharing style where applicable.
After configuration, review the sharing controls available on individual post screens. Use the post-level checkbox when you do not want a particular item published, and consult the available sharing record to review LinkedIn publication instances.
Choose a structured publishing process
AutoSocial Pro combines automatic WordPress-to-social publishing with controls for destinations, content selection, message formatting, and individual exceptions. Its expanded network coverage is intended for sites that want to manage more than LinkedIn from the same publishing workflow.
