Coming soon pages with flexible design controls
Nifty Coming Soon Pro is a paid edition for creating coming soon, under construction, and maintenance pages for a WordPress website. It lets you activate a visitor-facing page while continuing to work on the website. Guests are redirected to the selected page, while logged-in users do not see the Coming Soon page.
The design is responsive and intended to adapt to different devices. Sections can be edited from the plugin options panel, and individual sections can be turned on or off. A live preview lets you review the page without logging out or opening another browser. The plugin also includes a coming soon admin bar notification and translation options.
Backgrounds, typography, and animation
Pro provides more than 10 premade themes, along with content width, alignment, and color options. You can choose from additional background modes, including static, video, and gradient backgrounds. Background overlays help place content over the selected visual, while the background slider includes pattern and opacity controls.
The plugin includes animated coming soon text messages, a countdown timer, a preloader, and 16 background slider animations. More than 300 Google fonts and included font icons provide additional ways to adjust the appearance of the page.
Content and subscriber elements
Built-in page elements support different maintenance and launch scenarios. The available blocks include a heading block, content block, two-columns content block, map block, progress bar block, video block, and divider block. A subscription form can be added to the page, with an option to add MailChimp or another sign-up form. A GDPR checkbox is also available in the subscription area.
These controls can be used to show a launch message, present progress information, share location details, add video content, or collect sign-ups while a site is being prepared. The countdown and animated text can communicate timing and status without requiring visitors to view the unfinished website.
Access and settings management
Secret Access provides a sharable link with a secret key. This can be useful when selected people need to view the website during maintenance or preparation. Pro also includes reset options for plugin settings and import/export options for plugin options, helping you manage configurations within the plugin.
