Wallet for WooCommerce Pro extends a digital wallet and store credit system for WooCommerce stores. Customers can add funds, pay with their wallet balance, receive cashback, transfer funds to other registered users, and use wallet credit during checkout. The system is designed to make repeat purchases more convenient by reducing the need to enter payment details for every order.
Customers can pay for an entire order with their wallet balance or combine wallet funds with another payment gateway for partial payment. Available wallet balance can also be applied automatically as a discount at checkout. Store owners can credit a user’s wallet when processing refunds, creating a practical store credit workflow.
Cashback and customer rewards
The cashback system can reward customers according to cart totals, individual products, or product categories. WooCommerce coupons can also be converted into wallet rewards. Additional engagement options include rewards for new user registration, daily logins, and product reviews.
Pro adds milestone and birthday bonuses. You can credit a wallet when a customer’s lifetime spending reaches a threshold you define and provide a birthday credit once a year. These options support reward programs based on purchasing activity and selected customer events.

The wallet dashboard also supports visibility into withdrawal and coupon activity. The admin control center provides access to user balances and transaction history, along with manual credit or debit adjustments and notes. Wallets can be locked or unlocked from the administration area.
Checkout, transfers, and integrations
Customers can top up their wallets from their dashboards using supported payment methods and transfer wallet funds to other registered users by email. The plugin supports WooCommerce Blocks checkout, WPML, and WooCommerce Subscriptions. It also includes support for Dokan, WCFM, and WCMarketplace.
Multi-currency support works with listed currency tools including YayCurrency, WOOCS, WPML Multilingual and Multi-Currency, CURCY, and Aelia Currency Switcher. Wallet balances, top-ups, transfers, and cashback are converted through the active provider’s live rates. A generic fallback can detect an active currency through the woocommerce_currency filter; conversion falls back to the stored amount with an audit-log warning.

Review balances and transaction history in the administration area, and set any expiry, withdrawal, coupon, importer, affiliate, or reporting rules required.
