Build flexible price calculators in WordPress
Cost Calculator PRO is a paid edition of Cost Calculator Builder for creating price estimation forms on WordPress. It is designed for services and products with variable costs, helping visitors calculate an estimate, request a quote, or review an order total through an interactive form.
The drag-and-drop form builder lets you create and embed unlimited calculation forms into pages or posts without coding. This makes the plugin suitable for freelancers, creative agencies, local services, salons, repair shops, real estate professionals, educational institutions, and other businesses that need to present changing prices clearly.
Choose fields for your calculation workflow
Cost Calculator includes core elements for collecting inputs and applying calculations. Build forms with text fields, formulas, quantity fields, dropdowns, switch toggles, radio selects, checkboxes, basic sliders, HTML content, and dividers.
The PRO edition adds more advanced elements for detailed estimation workflows:
- Multi range controls for broader numeric selections
- File upload fields
- Image dropdowns, image checkboxes, and image radio controls
- Date picker and time picker fields
- Repeater and group fields
- Geolocation
- Validated forms
- Page breaker for dividing longer forms
Improve form presentation and interaction
Input options can be displayed vertically or horizontally. Radio selects, checkboxes, switch toggles, quantity fields, sliders, multi range controls, page breakers, image checkboxes, and image radio controls each include multiple presentation styles.
Use boxed options, descriptions, icons, side buttons, multi-point sliders, progress indicators, tabs, or hidden page-breaker navigation to shape the form around the information visitors need to provide. These controls support quote forms, service estimators, loan calculators, order estimators, and other calculation-based experiences.
Paid features for more capable calculators
The Premium feature set adds tools for managing conditional forms and understanding calculator activity:
- Analytics: Review calculator and field performance through views, submissions, and revenue statistics in one place.
- Conditional system: Show or hide fields, or enable and disable them, according to user input.
- Repeater: Allow users to repeat a group of fields when calculating multiple items, people, or services.
- Group Field: Organize fields and display groups conditionally based on selected options.
- Validated Form: Create fields for emails, numbers, and URLs.
- Email Templates: Send personalized emails to clients after form submissions.
- WooCommerce Integration: Let customers calculate WooCommerce product prices using calculator variables and custom formulas.
- Page Breaker: Divide long forms into separate steps.
Practical workflow
Start by adding the fields required for your service or product, then use formulas and quantities to build the calculation. Add conditional behavior when different selections require different inputs. For longer forms, use groups, repeaters, and page breaks to organize the experience. After publishing, embed the calculator into a WordPress page or post.
Installation
Install Cost Calculator PRO in your WordPress website, open the calculator builder, and create a new calculation form. Configure the fields, formulas, styling, and paid features required for your workflow, then embed the completed calculator on the relevant page or post.
