Bulk WordPress data cleanup
WP Bulk Delete Pro is a WordPress plugin for removing unwanted content and database records in bulk. It supports cleanup across posts, pages, comments, users, taxonomy terms, metadata, and selected WooCommerce data. Instead of handling records one at a time, you can define conditions and apply bulk deletion to the type of data you want to manage.
The plugin is suited to site administrators working with outdated content, test records, duplicate entries, unused revisions, spam, or other unnecessary data. Its filtering options help narrow a cleanup task before deletion, while custom queries provide an additional way to target records.
Post and database cleanup
WP Bulk Delete Pro can remove auto-drafts, trash posts, and revisions. Advanced cleanup can target revisions, auto-drafts, and trash for separate post types, including custom post types. It also supports cleanup of orphaned and duplicate metadata for posts, comments, users, and terms.
For posts, Pro adds detailed conditions such as meta fields, IDs, duplicate posts, title or content text, post links, content character count, and content word count. You can also delete images along with posts and use custom queries. Post deletion can be scheduled for recurring maintenance.
Comments, users, and taxonomies
Comment deletion can be filtered by status, type, author, author email, meta fields, post, and registration date. Pro also supports scheduled automatic comment deletion, giving you a way to plan recurring removal tasks rather than performing each cleanup manually.
User management includes deletion by role and registration date, with Pro conditions for user meta, email, display name, nicename, and login. Deleted user data can be assigned to another user, and automatic user deletion can be scheduled.
For categories and tags, you can select a post type, including posts, pages, or custom post types, choose the relevant taxonomy, and delete terms in bulk. This is useful when reorganizing taxonomy structures or removing terms that are no longer needed.
WooCommerce options
The Pro version includes WooCommerce cleanup tools. Orders can be filtered by status, order date, total value using minimum, maximum, or equal conditions, and payment method. WooCommerce users can be filtered by role, registration date, and user meta.
