Add signatures to Contact Form 7 forms
Digital Signature For Contact Form 7 adds a signature field for forms that need an autograph or electronic signature. Visitors can draw directly in the signature pad using a mouse or a touch screen, then clear the drawing and try again before submitting the form.
The paid editions supplied for this product are Pro and Premium. Their listed capabilities extend the standard signature field with support for multiple signatures, signature attachments, and adjustable signature pad dimensions.
Useful signature field controls
The signature pad can be configured with a background color and pen color to suit the form design. You can choose whether the signature field is required, and add a custom class and ID for styling or identification. The field is available through the Contact Form 7 form interface, where a digital_signature button can be used when opening a form.
Forms can use the supplied shortcode format to define a signature field and its visual settings:

The shortcode includes options for the signature field name, pen color, background color, width, and height. This makes it possible to set the drawing area according to the available space in a contact form.
Paid capabilities for more involved forms
Multiple signature support allows one form to include more than one signature field. This can be useful when a form requires signatures from several people or when separate signature areas are needed for different parts of an agreement.
Attachment in Signature Support allows the signature to be included as an attachment. The signature field name can be added in the file attachments so the signature attachment can be sent in the form email. Adjustable width and height options provide additional control over how much space the signature pad occupies on the page.

Installation
Install and activate Contact Form 7 first, then install and activate Digital Signature For Contact Form 7. Open a Contact Form 7 form, add the signature field using the available control or shortcode, configure its required status and appearance, and add the field name to file attachments if the signature should be sent with the email.
